    Thanks for the information. It is a german site, and I just found it today. I thought I would try it out, but (from an uneducated persons (computers anyways) point of view, several items didnt look right to me) I wasnt sure if this was a good site or not. The forums look ok, but i wasnt sure on the log analysis.

    Should I Be Using Sygate Personal Firewall?

    I dont know much about firewalls. What exactly is "buggy" in Zone alarms? I use zone alarm and havent had a problem (that i know of) as of yet. Are there specific problems and/or issues i should be looking for?

    To add to Ultimate Predators' question, is there a firewall that is free, but also uses very little resources? I would be interested. Thank you. :hug:

    Ok, I went out and got Adobe Photoshop CS. Now I just need to learn to use it to make an avatar. I think I will attempt to find a picture on the net first, resize it and use it for an avatar. Then I will play around with the program as I get a chance. Thanks for all the instructions. :hug:

    If they are illegal, why are they not shut down? I mean, if i opened a store selling illegal goods, i am sure that the authorities in any country would shut it down (and arrest me). Thanks for the answer brother. I assumed it had something to do with illegal software, but I wasnt sure.

    Can someone explain to me exactly what it is? I understand that there are lots of "Warez" sites and have been told that you can get viruses from such sites. Not wanting to go to any as i dont want any viruses, I thought i would ask the question here.

    I took a look at soulseek and even joined their forums. I may give it a go after checking out their forums and reading a bit more about it. Your post was the first i had ever heard of it.

    So what is the final verdict on emule? I dont want to have spyware, but i have been very happy with emule. Anyone?

    I use emule for my psp needs.  I have never received a corrupt file or virus.  it takes longer for downloads, but they have a huge selection of options and everything i have ever needed was found there. punk.gif

    Bearshare spyware? I have ran about a half dozen different anti spyware programs and have never found anything called bearshare. what is it? Does it affect anything? I use emule pretty much every day, and i just ran my anti spyware apps, and there was nothing found. Are you sure it comes with bearshare spyware? :(

    I guess this is for Tarun and the moderators. I thought a wonderful addition to the site might be some tutorials. Something on formatting, installing windows, installing hardware, whatever. Just a friendly suggestion for a good addition to a GREAT site. :hello:
