puntoMX
http://www.acernotebooks.co.uk/Acer_Aspire...9/version-1.asp 100 Quit more with a Core2 T5500 1.66Ghz 667 FSB 2MB L2 Cache... I think I’ll take it back, go for the other one; same speed at 1.83GHz and uses max. 3watts less (10% less). Most of the time, Core Duo and Core2 CPUs are the same price but they are dumping the Core Duo Laptops now so there Core2 machines cannot beat the price... puntoMX
Okay, I think I wasn’t clear on this, I think you should go for the laptop you posted, with the Core Duo .

Ultimate Predator
The one I originally wanted went up to 581, so, i got this instead: http://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk/Acer_Travel...tur/version.asp May not be the best on the market, but will be great for media, even playing games. Also the 3 year warranty clinched it.

Wednesday night had an advert on TV for and Acer, it was just what I wanted, I reserved one there and then and picked it up on Thursday.
