Did the malware scanners find anything?

These two entries look highly suspicious to me upon a better look:

O23 - Service: SZD - Sysinternals - www.sysinternals.com - C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\SZD.exe

O23 - Service: ZZ - Sysinternals - www.sysinternals.com - C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\ZZ.exe

Open the Anti-Malware Toolkit and select Services. In there, scroll to the bottom and find those two service names. If you see SZD and ZZ, set them to disabled. If they are running, stop them.

Then proceed to those paths and attempt to manually delete them. You will need to open Windows Explorer to get to those locations. Alternatively you can open the Start menu and in the Search box enter the following: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\

done all of the above the files said they were windows rootkit revealer which is the one i said that was not working, i get a message saying message cannot display on desktop, when I click on show message rootkit revealer is on a blank white screen in a white box black writing, it shows about 600,000 issues all under documents and settings.... i have also had a problem deleting files now as they freeze on the way to recycle bin , i stop the recycle bin in task manager and windows explorer stops working but on refreshing desktop document is in recycle bin ??/

I'd run MBAM full and let it clean everything out, then post a log for MBAM. Reboot and run SuperAntiSpyware in safe mode, using quick scan.

I recently used this Microsoft Fix It, which can also fix your Recycle Bin issue. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/814594

Also, per this page Rootkit Revealer does not work on Windows Vista or 7.
