Lots of popups happening and it's really irritating. I've run numberous spyware programs to delete them, including everything in those Anti-Malware Packs on this site. (Windows 98 Compatible that is) And the popups still haven't ceased.

You may wanna run Avast or another good freeware Antivirus, as it sounds like that ancient 98 system has a few trojans.
