i am using version 60.0.24 of dial a fix. on my old computer, when i go on internet it shows can not find server. i have xp pro. when i used dial a fix in registration center explorer/ie/os/shell/wmp it said error 127 and my setup dll is 7.005730.11 and to check with you for an exception. i have firefox and no luck with either one. hope someone can help. thanks,Mack

Please submit a log file. You can access the log pane by clicking the piece of paper icon in the bottom right.

It would also be a good idea to submit a HijackThis log. I doubt Dial-a-fix will be able to help you with internet connectivity problems, except for the few items it has in its Tools dialog. You could be infected, some big firewall/security program you installed could be broken, or you could have some faulty hardware/equipment... who knows. :hello:
