Prior to posting a log, be sure to download the Anti-Malware Toolkit found in the Downloads section.
You can choose the Anti-Malware Toolkit installer or Anti-Malware Toolkit portable version.
For help with the programs found in the Anti-Malware Toolkit, you can refer to the PC Cleanup guide for directions to assist you on the cleaning process. By omitting running any applications from the package you chose, you risk wasting valuable time that could be spent assisting other users.
Finally, post your log here (do not attach) in the following format: Name - Log ## (Example: Tarun - Log 01).
