Hi everybody,

I joined this forum because I want to get more out of my computer and because I'm having problems with a Sony laptop with Vista Business. Specifically, when I click on an embedded email link, I get a message indicating that the computer is not set up for email, and then it opens about 50 windows saying “navigation canceled.” Also when I click on certain video links (M*), IE7 closes and reopens at the homepage. This does not happen with all video links. For example, links on Microsoft’s home page and the WSJ work fine. Sony's online help has been useless.
