[12oct09] Fix IE Utility v 1.0 released

- Initial release

- Fix IE Utility re-registers around 89 concerned dll & ocx files required for the smooth operation of Internet Explorer. Before running the utility, make sure that all your Internet Explorer windows are closed.

This utility has been developed by Raghu Boddu for TheWindowsClub.

IE Fix 1.0 is a possible replacement for Dial-a-Fix (that isn't coded to work on Internet Explorer 8).
