Dial-a-fix is stuck on unregistering scardssp.dll. At the same time, two windows keeps popping up, both under the label of Bluetooth software. One says, "Please wait while Windows configures Bluetooth software," and the other one says, "Please execute 'setup.exe' for install or upgrade." Then the only way to get out of those windows is to end the task through task manager.
