Posted December 27, 200519 yr i have to say i am not very happy with the overall quality of this product. the power cord thats powers the unit is cheaply made. it does not fit into the usb port very well as the female end fits very loosely. the on/off switch does not function as it should. i have to place the switch in between the on/off position for it to remain on. the slightest bump on the powercord will turn the power off. the two fans that is incoorperated in the pad does not circulate fast enough to render any cooling effect that will benefit the cooling of my laptop. i have not decided if i want to exchange fro a new one and try my luck again or return it to get my money back.
