i have virgin scanner on my computer and i have scanned my computer for virus and spyware and i have nothing, but my computer is still very slow and crashes. when i am typin on any thing msn search panal on the internet it takes bout 10 too 20 seconds for it to show up, my sister sent me the dial a fix but it still hasnt helped! please can you help.
