A Mate told me to use this ,He said it was the best.. so i ran it and now i cant install updates lol from what ive read it fixes this

but for me its the other way around

i get this Every time

Welcome to Lunarsoft AnimeMike. You'll need to uninstall all your .NET Frameworks and then run the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool. After that, simply download and install the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (current as of this post) and proceed to patch up on Windows Update.

Both Dial-a-fix and the .NET Framework Uninstall Tool are safe to run. Admittingly I've used DAF more than .NET Uninstall Tool, but I've never had any negative effects from using them.
