wuaueng.dll repair error

I'm tearing my hair out trying to get Windows Update service back up and running after cleaning Vondo and other crap off this system. Help please! Here is the log:

I have run the permissions repair tool too. No go.

You can try this official fix from Microsoft, called Reset Windows Update.

Thanks for the tip Timelord. I have run the Reset Windows Update and it fails with a message stating that "Service 'wuauserv' (wuauserv) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services."

This is an administrator account.

I see that there is an "aggressive" option when you run the RWU program... Is this a good idea to try? Any other help would be appreciated.

According to Microsoft, if Default does not resolve the issue, use Aggressive. :D
