So basically it is a trial version.

I amended the original post the first link gets tells you about the giveaway and you follow the instructions, the second link is more or less to provide information on the Software which is not given to you at the initial giveaway link . I hope that clears it up for you. its a one year key worth 50.00 for free not the trial version that is at the developers link.

A one year license is still a trial version, albeit longer than most trialware software.

Also, I would be hesitant to state that something is worth a specific sum. If someone sold bottled water for 50.00, I would be hesitant to state that it was worth 50.00.
