Welcome to the next version of our forum software. Most changes have occurred behind the scenes. If you encounter any issues please post and let us know.

As Lunarsoft strives to keep our content as quality over quantity. We also want to keep every page our users see as being fast to load and easy on the eyes. We do our best to keep everything friendly to all browsers and Internet connections, including dial-up. As a part of this we keep Lunarsoft completely free of advertisements. Unfortunately there are numerous expenses to cover. This is where donations help immensely. Your donations help keep Lunarsoft free from advertisements and allow us to expand on the quality of content and how it is delivered. So please, donate to Lunarsoft today, even five dollars can help us in the long run. :)

Looks like they've fixed the not-marking-forums-as-read bug! :)

Edit:

But not the not-marking-parent-forum-of-a-subforum-as-read bug. :)

(Lots of "not"s in the above, but I know what I mean, even if no-one else does.)

A minor patch has been applied.

Aside from a security fix, this update also resolves a few other issues:

  • Warning when using JSON when the PHP JSON extension isn't available
  • Twitter log in issue
  • Hovercard Opera positioning issue
  • Missing dashboard notifications in the Admin CP
  • Members may access password only forums without complete authorization
