Here's a "heads up" for a very useful recent (January 2012) webcast recording at the O'Reilly Community site.

It's title is Diagnosing and Repairing Difficult Problems in Windows 7 with speaker Mike Halsey, who's the author of Troubleshooting Windows 7 Inside Out This is an excellent book, and I paid for a copy for my personal tech library -- you should consider doing so too -- if you need some help in sorting out Windows 7 problems such as diagnosing and recovering from the dreaded Blue Screen Of Death.
