Firefox Branch; Places to be disabled

The Places bookmark/history system is going to be disabled in Branch nightly builds later this week, as it's been decided that Places will not be included in Firefox 2. In order to allow users to retain bookmarks that were saved in Places, builds are now available with the ability to export the Places bookmarks as html so they can be copied back into the browser after the update to a non-Places build.
