You may want to switch from AVG Free Antivirus to Avast.

well this shows up only if I click on my name but not in the main stream. Anyway, Avast seems to make things a lot slower, but I've got my ram now, maybe it will be better. Is there anything I can get rid of on here?

Also is there no answer you can give to my friend Harry? :(
