@Eldmannen, theres no need for that kind of reply.

@ian galloway, it sounds like you're running dial-a-fix from the zip file (in which case it can't access the included secedit.exe). Try extracting the zip file and trying again.. Also it would help to explain what you were doing prior to the incident such as what checkboxes in dial a fix you checked.
