When attempting to use Windows Update to manually update my Windows XP Professional OS I receive the following message:

Hi Capman

Thanks for you reply - yes I had already found the suggested Microsoft support page and closely followed the instuctions without success - I now have three "windows update" icons in control panel none of which will allow the website to open. Any further ideas?
