Can some body please tell me what I did wrong in hotmail months ago? I can't figure out why the original message is jumbled and out of sync when I attempt to reply or forward it. ;) ;)

    Try this.

    Under IE go to...

    View > Encoding > Unicode (UTF-8)

    For Firefox go to...

    View > Character Encoding > Western (ISO-8859-1)
