Can any one help with this error?

A web browser is usually Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, etc. To my knowledge, there is no Yahoo browser.

Let's try to load Windows Update. Click Start > Run > and then type: wupdmgr.exe

This will load Internet Explorer and take you to the Windows Update website.
