Clearlooks is the default theme in the GNOME desktop environment used in many Linux distributions.

I've found a Windows visual style that brings over the Clearlooks visual style to Windows XP.

You extract it to "C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\ClearLooks\".

PS. To load third-party themes in Windows you need a patched uxtheme.dll file.
