TexasFilly
Why does this keep coming up that my computer has found new hardware when I reboot and it says Etrust new hardware. And a wizard that wants me to download this new hardware from the internet or from a disk. What's up?

TexasFilly
Can you provide a screenshot? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> HI Tarun, well if I reboot it will prolly come back up, I'll do that in a bit. :hello:
TexasFilly
HI Tarun, well if I reboot it will prolly come back up, I'll do that in a bit. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> How do you want me to put the screen shot in here? Also, I think actually it's a dang camera that my friend couldn't get it to work on her computer so I tried it on mine. I thought (and can't find anything left) I'd deleted it. It's not in add/remove programs.

TexasFilly
There's a link in the bottom to add attachments. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yuuuuuuuuuuuuup, so how do I get rid of that? LOL It won't let me click on it, right or left and it's not in my start up items
TexasFilly
Like I said, I can't right or left click on it, and it's not in my add/remove programs, and it's not in my startupDoc2.doc
Capman
Go to Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager and then right click any that have a yellow exclamation mark or question mark next to them select delete or disable, then reboot and see what happens. Administrator Tarun Posted November 16, 2005 Administrator Share Posted November 16, 2005 Wow that is strange. You may want to uninstall and reinstall eTrust EZAntivirus.
TexasFilly
Ok CaPMan and Tarun, this is what I came up with in the device mangler. LOL I have seen where the etrust says it's trying to connect to the ftp something or other. Is this all normal? And before I delete this, do I do it in the device manager or where? TexasFilly
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh K, Thanks, I'll be back in a bit after I redo this LOL
TexasFilly
As soon as I downloaded etrust and then rebooted, it asked me again and wanted me to connect to the etrust server. Came back that I needed the CD that etrust couldn't find it. I clicked on the part where it said not to ask me that again. I'm going to reboot again and see if it pops up again.
