New Computer acting up

oldladywho-Log#01

My Computer was acting up today

It was showing some things I had downloaded and deleted ,as I am still not sure what will work with Windows Vista 64 bit, then it was showing ALERT all over the place. So I thought "Goody, here's my chance to use that Handy Dandy Anti-Malware ToolKit I downloaded the other day.

So ,I'm as far as presenting you with my hijackThis log.

Welcome to Lunarsoft oldladywho. Thank you for the kind words about the Anti-Malware Toolkit. :jump:

If you're still getting the "ALERT" message, could you please post a screenshot for us?

Your log looks clean, though I do have a few recommendations for you.

  • Uninstall Google Toolbar
  • Update your Java using JavaRa which the Anti-Malware Toolkit can help you download.
  • Go to Start and Run sfc /scannow. Or you can use Dial-a-fix and go to Tools to run sfc /scannow
