Administrator Tarun Posted October 10, 2008 Administrator Share Posted October 10, 2008 Hi Ralph and welcome to Lunarsoft! Please download my Anti-Malware Toolkit and get the Professional package. Then follow the directions in the PC Cleanup guide. After that, please repost the new HijackThis log. :jump:
Ralph Mollet
@Tarun: I already download your toolkit and ran all the tools. The log I uploaded is the result afterward. Spybot S & D complained it could not remove Delfin Project. Other than that everything seemed to succeed. On the assumption you need it as an attached file, I am uploading it again.RalphMollet_Hijac01.txt
Administrator Tarun Posted October 12, 2008 Administrator Share Posted October 12, 2008 I'm seeing some malware that should have been removed by the scanners. You ran every program in the applications listing of the Anti-Malware Toolkit according to the PC Cleanup page? I don't see any anti-virus installed. Go ahead and download avast and install it as a minimal install. Allow it to run a boot time scan. :jump:
