sorry about spelling I have lost the use of word that I have been using for ten years

Not able to install or uninstall ms office xp for windows first now install missbehaves for all other software

Notes about this log:

I followed dial-a-fix's note

You should always purge the cache before scanning with the System File Checker (SFC). That way, you can be sure that system files are copied from your Windows installation media, and are not infected with malware or corrupted.

and ran the sfc purge

then scf scan

the option replaced the dllcache with files from my xp disk

befor I ran

all the check boxes

I have done this quit a few times on my own but have no success

thankyou for the free tool but i am losing faith that even giving you money

will fix this office xp problem because I think microsoft is culpret

all problems started when windows xp crashed and after starting win xp after bsod windows xp

detected change in machine configuration and asked to reregister in 3 days

I did so for windows xp and then office xp detected significant change and wanted reregister i tried

follow instructions for office xp and install failed with this message.

"windows installer service could not be accessed this can occure if you are running in

safe mode, or if the windows installer is not correctly installed"

It took weeks to get windows xp in to safe mode a story for another blog?

many registry cleaners still no joy

at least 8 times through dial-a-fix still no joy

so this is my message in a bottle I am lost at sea and have lost faith in microsoft as well as the repair comunity

put me out of my missiery and if I wanted to reformat my drive I would have done it years ago thankyou

Thankyou I to have a second hart but am affrade it will be broken. by unrully sp3 and Microsofts draconian updates

as I am trying despertly not to lose the registry with all the installed software

I will install new IE 7 and sp3 to see if it gets around foolish MSI

thanks for quick reply did you use cafe at end of univers or "tardis" spelling? in single step mode?

There should be errors in your Event Viewer (Start > Run > eventvwr.msc). Look for any with MSI or Windows Installer, then copy and paste them here.

event viewer has hundreds of events I am unable to copy from the viewer to notpad or any other word handler

tried ctl/C then ctl/v as I have done thousands of times no joy

2008 11 17 Microsoft has failed 7 out of 30 updates

I have spent hours with fauls hope that Dial-a-fix would help it is absalutly no help whatsoever in any way

now my machine is so full of microsoft that help center not working

I cant unload broken office xp

I cant load any repair software

I cant load unload ^%$#^#$%^$#&*^ microsoft usless stuff

I think eldmannen and my brother lord tarun missed an important turn on the turnpike

I truly wish Dial-a-fix worked but to be "honest" NO *(&%*%*(&% Speller

I would be a crule, stuped, dishonest, lier if I said it worked, maybe some one might have the

secret incantation and would be so kind as to give it to me

I may come back to see incantation
