Blender is the open-source software for 3D modeling, animation, rendering, post-production, interactive creation and playback. You mention 2.46, but the latest release is 2.48.

Thanks Eldmannen that was my terrific typing skill a typo I fixed it in the board index with an edit before but the darn article it will not change tried a couple of times and i informed Tarun to ask him to fix it .
