I use and prefer Dreamweaver. I'm unsure of a freeware alternative.

Tarun, what is the best version (if there are different versions) of dreamweaver, and whats the ballpark cost? Never heard of that w3c thing before. Once again i learned something new here.

never mind, i googled dreamweaver and it looks very expensive and i think 8 is the newest version.
