Greetings,

I'm new here, and ready to post a question, but want to say hello first.

Personally, I use both Linux and Windows, and I like to fix my friends and family's Windows PCs. I consider it a hobby. I can always use a bit of advice.

Mike

Welcome to Lunarsoft!

I also use both Linux and Windows. Running Ubuntu 8.10 "Intrepid Ibex" and Windows XP Professional with SP3.

I'm a longtime Windows user, but now I run mostly Linux, and booting Windows monthly to fetch the updates.

Which Linux distribution do you use?

I saw you use Puppy 4.1 "retro", do you use any else too?

One thing I discovered here on Lunarsoft is a nice little piece of software called Dial-a-fix, which is useful to many problems that may occur in Windows.
