I have 2 things that have recently occured on my Windows Xp computer.

First my "Folder Options" has disappeared from the Control panel as well as the menu listing for it under the Tools drop down menu.

Secondly when try to run "regedit.exe" it says that "Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator". I'm the Administrator and I didn't do that. A pc tech at our local computer store recommended I run dial-a-fix. I've downloaded it, but haven't run it because I'm not sure what to do with it. dizzy.png
