Looks good, nice and clean. You may want to run StartupLite and remove this line too: O13 - Gopher Prefix:

I ran start up lite and done what it said, but i can not get O13 - Gopher Prefix: to fix itself.

Did you run HijackThis as an Admin? If you did and it still wouldn't go away, I wouldn't worry about it. :)
