March 5, 200917 yr Trying to help someone who cannot download ActiveX controls or gets Runtime Errors when trying to use an online scans such as Panda, ESET or Malwarebytes’. Would the Registration Center be the right area to attempt a fix for these problems? Also, should all the items in the Registration Area be checked, or only the ActiveX and Runtimes? Thank you for your help!!
March 5, 200917 yr Administrator When in doubt, use the green checkmark in Dial-a-fix. Also, in their Internet Explorer (what version do they have?) try resetting all settings to default.
