On my old computer, torrents did really well... It's the same tracker, with the usual amount of seeds to it, in this case it would be A subtitling group called "Horrible Subs" They aren't horrible mind you. But anyway, This particular tracker went at my top download speed... which with my crappy Cable internet is 350ish KBPS But, now. With my new computer the torrents suck. I'm pretty sure it's topped out at 100kbps and fluctuates rapidly from there. Down to atleast 20kbps. I've made sure the port it uses is forwarded, put in the right internet speed... I don't know what else to do, any help would be appreciated. I use Utorrent.
