Your log is clean, though I do have a few recommendations for you.

Uninstall all toolbars.

Uninstall AVG and switch to avast.

You can change to Foxit Reader instead of Adobe's Reader.

You may want to run StartUpLite to make your computer load faster.

Be sure your Java is up to date, also you may want to run JavaRa.

Be sure you have all of your updates, including IE8 and the latest .NET Framework.

I wouldn't worry about the error either.

The toolbars hook onto IECore which gets used by Windows Explorer. So if a toolbar ever has problems you'll see crashes and other problems in Windows Explorer. Viewing folders, etc will be much more difficult.

You say to use Foxit reader. It automatically installs a toolbar. Do you keep this toolbar or get rid of it?

I choose not to install it. But it's safe to uninstall.
