Because Service Pack 1 is a prerequisite, here are the download links for SP1:

If you have used vLite on your Windows Vista install, you will need to format in order to update to SP2. You will need the original Windows Vista DVD. Your best option is to do a Clean Install which will format the drive and reinstall the OS.
