Hello. I am receiving the following error : "The Windows Installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance".

I can install or uninstall any programs and everytime I open my MS Outlook - Windows Installer pops up about 7 times then it goes away.

I tried using Dial-a-Fix and I am still gettign the same error message.

Can anyone please give me some advice as to how to fix this?

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
