Your log looks clean. Are you experiencing any slowdowns or signs of infections?

I'd recommend uninstalling any/all toolbars, updating to Vista's SP2. It'd also be worthwhile to get rid of McAfee (use the McAfee remover found in AMT after using the normal uninstallers) and use a free, lightweight antivirus like avast. Running Malwarebytes StartupLite may be useful as well.
