I had a family member using this computer over the holiday, and I opened up task manager and saw the process "iexplorer.exe" running. After realizing that this wasn't IE (took me a few minutes, lol), I downloaded the Anti-Malware Toolkit and followed the wiki.

Avast picked iexplorer up right away and had me move it to the chest. Did a boot time scan by its recommendation, but I couldn't find any logs pertaining to what it found (?). Deleted iexplorer and noticed that it moved four system files from the system32 folder to the chest (?). I still haven't touched them. Anyway, did the rest of the stuff, nothing big found.
