My problem

I have repeatedly completed the steps as describe here and am still having many issues.

I cannot use Google Chrome for some reason. I opens and says loading forever. When I google something most of the links get redirected to BS sites.

I am at a loss because and my next step is to format and reinstall everything. I have my critical data already backed up so that is no huge deal, but if I can avoid it that would be cheaper and easier.

Does anyone have any ideas? I appreciate any help you can offer.

I am still having trouble with the following:

application.trackingcookies

and

trackware.tracking Cookiestrem

I blocked all cookies for a time and it made no difference. I clean this up with Spyware Doctor and they come back.
