With portable apps it's easy - (1) delete the contents of your JavaRa folder and unzip the new package to the same folder, or, (2) extract the new zip to the current JavaRa folder and agree to overwrite any old files. Both work.

I like to start fresh by deleting everything from the folder, the only time this is not a good idea is if you have a setup or config file and you don't want your settings lost - I don't think this is an issue with JavaRa.
