Administrator Tarun Posted November 21, 2010 Administrator Share Posted November 21, 2010 Open the Anti-Malware Toolkit and select Services. In there, scroll to the bottom and find those two service names. If you see SZD and ZZ, set them to disabled. If they are running, stop them. Then proceed to those paths and attempt to manually delete them. You will need to open Windows Explorer to get to those locations. Alternatively you can open the Start menu and in the Search box enter the following: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\

Administrator Tarun Posted November 22, 2010 Administrator Share Posted November 22, 2010 I'd run MBAM full and let it clean everything out, then post a log for MBAM. Reboot and run SuperAntiSpyware in safe mode, using quick scan. I recently used this Microsoft Fix It, which can also fix your Recycle Bin issue. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/814594 Also, per this page Rootkit Revealer does not work on Windows Vista or 7.
