JavaRa is a Discontinued Project here at Lunarsoft.

Also, on Windows 7 I believe you want to disable UAC then run JavaRa, maybe this will help :) They are working on JavaRa v2.0 which will be a complete rewrite of the source code, this should produce a better tool (and documentation) - looking forward to it.

    Looking at the source code, which I have, (it's probably still available on Sourceforge) the current version (1.6) is already a complete rewrite from earlier versions and much better than the very early versions.
