Yesterday I took my grandaughter to the theatre to see a pantomime..., and I wondered if you have the same tradition in the US.

In pantos over here, ( which are only at Xmas ) the leading man is always played by a lady!

I went to see cinderella last year, it was the first time that I had been since I was little.

I think I even enjoyed it more than when I was little, I never realised their were so many jokes that were targeted at the adults, which I wouldn't have cottoned on to when I was little.
