hi there,

I am having some real problems with memory issues, and performance speed issues. I first thought it was a virsus. So I ran the Panda's online AV, and it found 2 viruses and said that they had cleanded them. Then being a Firefox user, I posted in there mozillazine forum, and they refered me to here for posting HiJackThis logs. I then followed your rules on cleaning my computer by downloading anti mailware pro, and followed the instructions on running each program. The only thing that I didn't do is install the Firefox 1.5 because I heard that there are a lot of High cpu usage complaints about it. Other than that here is my log....

Norton is the reason you're losing a lot of memory. It's a major resource hog. Also the ZTgServerSwitch is considered by some to be spyware, thus I flagged it as such.
