Control Panel -> Network Setup Wizard.

Have you tried that one yet?

Also, have you configured the wireless HUB/router yet?

Can you provide a lot more information about the computer you're using and the one you're trying to network?

Wireless brand, comp specs for both, etc etc.

It is just hard for me to put it to words cause it is all so confusing to me. I already had my linksys router hooked up to my old computer. I put the networking card into my new computer. I am just having trouble congiguring and connecting them together. I want to be able to access some of my movies on my old computer. Especially since i have this kickass 19 inch flat screen in my bedroom. :)

I did it. The crazy thing was that while i was doin it for the 80th time, a critical update for networking problems on hp computers popped up. I installed it and presto. I am now sharing my files off my old pc. kickass

Way to go sc.

I was just typing up a possible solution in notepad ready to paste in, but now I dont need to. Saved me from keep going to look at my sons computer which is the only wireless one that we have.

I am just glad i actually figured out something by myself that wasn't too hard. If the update had already been there it would have taken 20 minutes. But instead i spend hours( I lost count).
