Look at this i remove them then rescan and still get them..

removed mediaplex now but its the others im not sure about them?

what are the specific details of Mediaplex that Spybot lists?

have you scanned with any other Anti-Spyware applications other then Spybot?

Could you click the plus sign next to each entry and repost?

The light blue/teal colored entries are MRU (Most Recently Used) items. Totally safe to remove.
