August 16, 200618 yr Administrator It's like common sense attached to a browser. Sure, it's good and all; though an excellent question is do you really need it and how much will you really use it? I ask myself those questions before I trash stuff or get programs. :D

September 16, 200618 yr It's actually really good if you do a general Google search for hacks, cracks, porn etc. It warns you for illegal downloads, malware, browser hijacks, etc. But lately it gave reputable sites such as lavasoft.com (Ad-aware), malwarebytes.org (About.Buster, E2TakeOut, Qoofix), xblock.com (X-Cleaner) and SpywareGuide.com a red mark. Okay, they repaired that quickly enough but it means that a site is being checked by a automated system and you can never sure if a warning is correct. So, the answer is: beware of additional layers of protection. You may get more than you bargained for. :D
