Well, we have it all configured, it prints fine.. But I cannot seem to access to device settings.

Whenever I attemp to I get an error like this:

"Make certain that the device's power cord is plugged in, the power is turned on, and that all cables are properly connected."

Everything is plugged in, and turned on.

Any help?

    better wait till my brother finished HSC, we've been having problems with it lately. I dont want to mess it up before the HSC lol.. thanks tarun
