Not Able To Download A Specific HD File

I can download any other hd files, but this one doesn't work. I've tried disabling my Firewall, but it still doesn't work, so that is not the issue.

Well, I figure if you load it into your browser, you already are downloading it into your cache. File > Save Page As...

EDIT: After all that, my PC couldn't handle it. Oh wells, thanks for trying, I never thought of the file > save page as option before, it'll come in useful. Merry Xmas.
